Unfortunately, no. Claims related to pre-existing conditions (any treatment or symptoms you had before starting the policy) won’t be approved. However, you're covered for anything that happens after your policy start date.
Terrorism cover is included in all plans and covers any medical treatment required due to terrorism-related incidents. This is not included in many other plans and is becoming more important in todays world
Nope! After pre-authorization, the insurer will pay the hospital directly - no upfront payment required.
If you’re unable to notify us in advance, don’t worry. Just contact the insurance company as soon as possible, and they’ll handle all payments and ensure proper care is arranged. You will have information on how to do this once your policy starts.

Yes, you can choose your doctor and hospital, or ask for recommendations based on what you need. If you want treatment in another country, you’ll need the optional "Global Evacuation & Repatriation" cover for a small fee.
While it’s great to have travel insurance for things like delayed flights and lost baggage, your international medical insurance covers your health needs globally, and is much more comprehensive for long-term travel. Always check the fine print of any travel insurance to see its limitations!
